About the Role: As a POSP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing POSP agents, driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies within the insurance channel. Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and train new POSP agents. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth through the POSP channel. Identify target markets and optimize sales processes. Monitor and evaluate the performance of POSP agents. Provide regular feedback and support to help agents achieve their sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with POSP agents to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key business metrics. Track progress and recommend improvements based on performance insights. Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Insurance or Banking industry. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities. Willingness to travel and work in a field sales role.
