Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing brand partnerships, and closing influencer marketing and artist booking campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in B2B sales, influencer marketing, talent management, or business development. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients. Understand client requirements and recommend the right influencers, artists, or celebrities. Manage influencer marketing campaigns and artist bookings from initiation to successful execution. Coordinate with influencers, artists, talent managers, and internal teams. Negotiate commercials, contracts, and campaign deliverables. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay updated on industry trends, the creator economy, and entertainment marketing.
