About the Company TripDnD is seeking an energetic Sales and Reception Intern to support daily customer interactions and front-desk operations in Pune. This opportunity is designed for freshers who want practical exposure to sales, customer service, communication, and hospitality-oriented operations. Responsibilities Assist the sales team with customer engagement and follow-ups. Make calls to customers to collect feedback about their experience and share relevant insights with the team. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, enquiries, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer concerns promptly. Welcome visitors and customers warmly and assist them with their queries. Support reception and front-desk activities, including coordinating customer requests. Requirements Open to freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good verbal communication and basic interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person. Organised, presentable, dependable, and able to manage multiple front-desk tasks. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain simple records. This is a paid, performance-based internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹5,000-₹8,000. The selected intern will work from the Pune office for six months and gain hands-on experience in sales support, reception management, and customer feedback operations.
