About this role
CaseFox is hiring for a Sales Intern! Responsibilities: Assist in identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and supporting outreach efforts through calls, emails, and demos. Explain CaseFox's and MatterSuite's features, answer product-related questions, and help potential clients understand how the solutions can meet their operational needs. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and follow-ups. Support customer onboarding activities, including basic product walkthroughs and training sessions, while continuously learning about legal practice management and billing software. Requirements: Strong Communication skills for engaging with prospects, presenting product features, and collaborating with internal teams. Sales skills to support lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities, with an interest in developing a career in software or SaaS sales. Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms; prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is a plus. Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
