About this role
Key Responsibilities: Understand customers' aspirations, investment perspectives, lifestyle preferences, and decision criteria. Explain the managed-farmland proposition, projects, ownership model, commercial terms, and relevant property details accurately. Discuss potential benefits responsibly without overpromising outcomes. Plan and lead thoughtful property tours and site presentations. Prepare each site visit based on the customer's profile, questions, and priorities. Ensure site information, materials, and guest arrangements are ready. Follow up after site visits, address open questions, and guide suitable customers towards a decision. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations within approved parameters. Coordinate booking, documentation, payment, and registration readiness with relevant teams. Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers. Maintain accurate pipeline records, commitments, and next actions. Requirements: Experience in real estate, farmland, hospitality, luxury, financial services, or another relationship-led sales environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to convert considered or high-value purchases. Strong spoken communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam would be beneficial. Comfortable working from the estate, leading site visits, and coordinating across teams.
