Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop and maintain relationships with key tourism industry stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and travel agencies. Generate leads and convert them into paying customers through effective sales techniques. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for growth. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance. Requirements : Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the tourism sector. Strong understanding of the tourism industry and its key players. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
