We are looking for motivated professionals to join our dealership team in Bangalore and contribute to a smooth, trustworthy customer experience across the purchase and after-sales journey. Responsibilities Engage with customers, understand their vehicle requirements, and explain suitable products or services. Support vehicle sales activities, follow up with prospects, and help achieve dealership targets. For service advisory responsibilities, receive customer concerns, prepare accurate job cards, and coordinate with workshop teams. Provide timely updates on service progress, costs, delivery timelines, and recommended maintenance. Maintain accurate customer records, follow dealership processes, and ensure a professional showroom or service-centre experience. Build positive customer relationships and address queries courteously through to resolution. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, customer-handling, listening, and follow-up skills. Interest in automobiles and willingness to learn dealership sales or service operations. Ability to work full-time from the Bangalore dealership and collaborate effectively with sales and workshop teams. Prior experience in automotive sales, service advising, retail, or customer service will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Compensation: The salary range for this full-time role is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on suitability and experience.
