About the Role ThorSignia LLP is looking for a Pre-Sales Associate to work closely with our Business Development, Founder's Office, and Technical teams. The role involves understanding client requirements, researching business problems, helping identify suitable technology solutions, and supporting the sales team in creating compelling proposals and presentations. You will work at the intersection of business, sales, and technology, helping translate client requirements into clear solution concepts that our technical teams can evaluate and execute. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, has an interest in technology, and can communicate technical concepts in a simple and business-friendly manner. What You'll Do: Client & Requirement Understanding Participate in discovery calls and client meetings with the sales team. Understand client business processes, challenges, objectives, and technology requirements. Ask relevant questions to identify the actual problem behind a client's request. Document client requirements and translate them into clear solution briefs. Identify opportunities where AI, software, automation, or digital solutions can create business value. Solution Research & Pre-Sales Support Research AI, software, SaaS, automation, and other technology solutions relevant to client requirements. Work with technical teams to understand solution feasibility and possible approaches. Assist in designing high-level solution concepts and workflows. Compare potential technologies, tools, and approaches based on client requirements. Support the sales team in explaining technical solutions to prospective clients. Proposals & Presentations Prepare proposals, presentations, solution documents, and scope summaries. Create solution overviews that communicate technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals where required.
