The role will involve engaging with prospective students and families, understanding their education financing needs, and helping them access suitable loan solutions. This is an opportunity for a graduate or fresher to build a career in customer-facing sales within the financial services and education financing ecosystem. Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads from students, parents, education consultants, and other relevant sources. Understand applicants' overseas education plans and explain education loan products, eligibility, documentation, and application processes clearly. Build productive relationships with students, parents, universities, and referral partners. Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and customer service teams to move applications forward efficiently. Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, follow-ups, and sales activity in the relevant systems. Achieve individual sales and conversion targets while delivering a positive customer experience. Stay informed about destination countries, education financing requirements, and product updates. Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand financial needs and explain information responsibly. Comfort with field or partner engagement, target-oriented work, and basic digital tools. Ability to work from the Andheri East, Mumbai office.
