Sales Executive – Lead Generation at GSN Solutions

About the Company GSN Solutions, a fast-growing company in the Industrial Automation sector, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive. We are looking for an ideal candidate with 0-2 years of proven experience in sales within industrial automation. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel to support overall business growth. Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and web research. Identify and connect with decision-makers in manufacturing, process industries, OEMs, and system integrators. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects in CRM tools. Understand client requirements and work with technical/sales teams to propose suitable solutions. Schedule client meetings, demos, and site visits in coordination with senior sales or application teams. Ensure timely follow-ups and move leads effectively through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and provide feedback for improvement. Requirements Graduate/Diploma holder in any relevant field. 0-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development in industrial automation. Strong knowledge of automation products: Sensors, etc. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role. Confident and comfortable making cold calls. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
