This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who can work independently while collaborating with sales and support teams. Responsibilities Connect with prospective customers through calls and digital communication channels. Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products or services clearly. Manage leads through the sales pipeline, conduct timely follow-ups, and work toward assigned targets. Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities, and outcomes in the prescribed systems. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and support a smooth sales journey. Share regular updates on lead status, conversions, and challenges with the reporting manager. Requirements 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, customer service, or a related area; freshers may also apply. Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally. Comfortable working remotely, using online communication tools, and maintaining productivity independently. Availability to work a full-time day shift. Compensation: ₹20,000 per month. This is a full-time, fully remote position.
