Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers through calls and digital communication channels. Understand customer needs, explain relevant offerings, and guide prospects through the sales process. Maintain accurate lead records, follow up consistently, and work toward assigned conversion targets. Address customer questions professionally and coordinate with internal teams when required. Share regular updates on lead status, customer feedback, and sales performance. Requirements: Strong communication, persuasion, listening, and follow-up skills. Comfort with customer conversations and target-oriented work. A personal laptop, reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps, and power backup are mandatory.
