ScamFree India is hiring a Sales Executive! About the Company: ScamFree India is hiring a Sales Executive for its in-office team in Mohali, Punjab. The role supports customer education and assistance related to financial, investment, online scams, and fraud concerns. The successful candidate will combine sales discipline with a responsible, clear approach to communicating sensitive information. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and explain the company's services in a simple, accurate manner. Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend relevant assistance and documentation services. Follow up consistently with leads, build trusted client relationships, and work toward assigned sales and conversion targets. Maintain organized records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes. Communicate scam- and fraud-related processes professionally while protecting customer confidence and privacy. Requirements: Good knowledge of the share market and trading concepts. Basic understanding of SEBI and its regulatory framework. Awareness of financial, investment, and online scams. Strong communication, customer-handling, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Prior sales or customer-handling experience is preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Mohali, Punjab. The role offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000-₹30,000, subject to the candidate's suitability and experience.
