Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads for real estate opportunities. Understand customer requirements thoroughly and recommend suitable real estate projects that align with their needs and preferences. Conduct engaging client meetings and facilitate property site visits to showcase available properties. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success. Coordinate seamlessly with developers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience from inquiry to closure. Requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for client interactions and deal closures. A strong passion for sales and genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers. Graduate preferred; however, freshers with exceptional communication skills are highly encouraged to apply. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required to meet clients and showcase properties. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the real estate industry. This role is full-time, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days at project sites).
