Responsibilities Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead-generation data. Establish contact with prospects, understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and work toward successful closures. Follow up consistently on older leads while responding promptly to new leads and maintaining accurate activity records. Deliver quality customer interactions in line with organizational service standards. Build professional relationships, generate revenue, and achieve assigned sales and productivity targets. Attend the initial training programme to understand the complete process, systems, and customer journey. Requirements Applicants with 0-3 years of experience are eligible, including candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, diploma, graduation, or post-graduation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Good numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills. Fluency in one of these language combinations: English, Hindi, and Kannada; English, Hindi, and Telugu; or English, Kannada, and Tamil. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word. Willingness to work a day shift with 9 hours of login time between 8 AM and 10 PM, six days per week, with a weekday weekly off. Applicants must have a laptop with a webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and power backup.
