Responsibilities Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and contribute to sales growth. Engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions. Handle customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and maintain regular follow-ups. Use strong communication, presentation, convincing, and negotiation skills to achieve targets. Travel as required for field-sales meetings, customer visits, and business development activities. Maintain accurate sales updates and use MS Office for basic reporting and coordination. For the Sales Engineer track, apply technical understanding to explain products and support customer discussions. Requirements Qualification in BBA, MBA, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech is preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer-handling, relationship-management, and presentation abilities. Willingness to travel and work toward measurable sales targets. A self-motivated, target-oriented approach with an interest in Sales and Business Development. Basic MS Office knowledge is expected; technical understanding will be an added advantage for Sales Engineer applicants. Local Bangalore candidates will be preferred. This is a remote work opportunity with field-sales responsibilities and a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
