About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Convert leads by communicating with prospective students. Understand student requirements and ensure a smooth counseling and enrollment process. Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, and email to generate interest, qualify prospects, and close enrollments. Maintain regular communication with learners until they are successfully onboarded. Build strong relationships based on trust and respect with students and job aspirants. Requirements: Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Ability to communicate effectively through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Experience in EdTech student counseling is an added advantage.
