Sales Executive at Samuchayam Foundation

About the Company Samuchayam Foundation is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The role is based in Noida Sector 90 and offers an opportunity to build practical experience in sales, lead engagement, and client servicing within a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Identify and follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other approved channels. Understand customer needs, explain relevant offerings clearly, and guide prospects through the sales process. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the assigned tracking system. Meet agreed activity and conversion targets while delivering a professional customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely handover after conversion. Share regular updates on pipeline status, market feedback, and common customer concerns. Requirements 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, retail sales, or customer-facing work. Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Comfort with meeting targets and working in a structured, fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain organized records. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Compensation: ₹20,000 per month. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Noida Sector 90.
