Job Summary: The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with prospective buyers, conducting site visits, explaining project features and investment benefits, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with a target-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Generate new customer leads through outbound calling, referrals, digital platforms, walk-ins, and field activities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors. Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities. Develop long-term relationships with potential customers. Customer Consultation: Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives. Recommend suitable property options based on customer needs. Explain project location advantages, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential. Address customer queries professionally and confidently. Sales & Closing: Conduct project presentations and property demonstrations. Arrange and coordinate customer site visits. Negotiate pricing within company policies. Convert qualified leads into bookings. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Update daily call reports, follow-up status, and sales activities. Coordinate with documentation, finance, and legal teams for booking and registration process
