Sales Executive at grofinity Infra groups

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining construction services, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and online platforms. Meet prospective clients and understand their construction requirements. Present the company's residential and commercial construction services. Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals. Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth client onboarding. Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel. Attend site visits and client meetings when required. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of construction services is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
