Star Event and Conference Services is hiring a Sales Executive! Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and secure MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. Requirements Proven experience in MICE sales or a related field. Strong understanding of the event and conference industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Candidates with 1-30 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
