About the Company HRDYAM is expanding its spiritual and pilgrimage travel business. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in this unique travel sector. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads for spiritual and pilgrimage travel packages. Conduct calls and consultations to understand traveler needs, including destination preferences, budget, and travel dates. Recommend suitable yatras, temple tours, and wellness journeys. Follow up with prospects diligently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools. Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sale support, covering itineraries, inclusions, payment processing, and addressing customer queries. Track leads, conversions, revenue, and sales performance against set targets. Collect customer feedback to continuously improve travel packages and the overall sales process in collaboration with the team. Requirements Strong consultative selling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Prior experience in travel sales, tour packages, holiday sales, or hospitality is preferred. Comfortable with CRM tools and adept at managing a sales pipeline. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a significant plus. Genuine interest in travel, spirituality, pilgrimage, or Indian culture. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Possess a strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
