Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable property solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to management. Requirements : Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, with a strong understanding of the real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have 1 to 30 years of experience.
