Key Responsibilities: Connect with CXOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and senior business professionals. Understand prospect requirements and explain CXO Lanes' services effectively. Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication. Schedule meetings and convert qualified leads into customers/members. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Achieve assigned monthly sales and targets. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with senior professionals. Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking. Ability to handle sales calls and objections professionally.
