Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial gases and dry ice markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Requirements Proven experience in marketing and sales, specifically within the industrial gases and dry ice industry. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and achieve targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the industrial gases sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
