Responsibilities of the Candidate: Represent our company's products and services (IoT-based Monitoring Solutions for electrical assets), starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets Develop and implement an industrial territory action plan, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field Knowledge of Product / Solution Sales to the Industry Target Account Selling, Subscription/Recurring Business Selling, Solution Selling, and/or consultative sales techniques Conduct high-level presentations, proposals, co-ordination, conversations and relationship management with Industrial customers Requirements: Sales in Industrial Segment are a must Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to travel at least 70% of the time to the customer's location A proven success rate at levels above quotas Experience - Minimum 1 year in sales within an Electrical industry
