Roles & R esponsibilities: Drive learner acquisition through strategic outreach, lead generation, and business development initiatives. Identify prospective learners, assess their educational needs, and provide tailored program recommendations. Deliver compelling product presentations highlighting program features, career benefits, and learning outcomes. Build and maintain strong learner relationships through consistent engagement and personalized support. Manage the complete enrollment lifecycle from lead qualification to successful admission and onboarding. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates using CRM platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline operational processes. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and learner requirements to identify business growth opportunities. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective sales strategies and follow-up activities.
