Responsibilities: Field Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals. Manage territory sales plans to maximise Autodesk solution sales. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities. Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Understand client workflows, business needs, and challenges. Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFIs. Sales Closure: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role within the CAD/CAM/CAE industry. Strong technical understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE software. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
