Job Summary: Permali Wallace Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer to manage customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, coordinate order execution, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Dispatch teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Enquiry & Technical Sales: Receive and review customer enquiries and technical requirements. Coordinate with the Engineering Department to prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations. Ensure quotations meet customer specifications and are submitted within the required timelines. Follow up with customers to address technical and commercial queries and support order conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Order Processing & Execution: Process customer purchase orders and create Manufacturing Orders (MOs). Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders. Monitor manufacturing progress and ensure delivery commitments are achieved. Resolve coordination issues between customers and internal departments during order execution. Dispatch & Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers for dispatch approvals and delivery schedules. Work closely with Production and Dispatch teams to ensure on-time shipment of finished goods. Keep customers informed about order status, production progress, and dispatch timelines. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and order status. Prepare monthly pending quotation reports and follow up on open opportunities. Coordinate vendor registration and documentation for new and existing customers. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all commercial and customer-related records. Qualifications: Bachelor's
