Roles and Responsibilities: Work with lead data provided by the company and research and prioritise prospects before calling. Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based service businesses using the Incoko playbook. Deliver a sharp and confident pitch and communicate Incoko's value in simple, impactful language. Handle objections on the spot, navigate gatekeepers, redirect hang-ups, and convert "not interested" into conversations. Book qualified product demos for Solutions Consultants, send confirmations, and ensure attendance. Log call outcomes and maintain clean pipeline data in the CRM. Share insights on objections, competitors, and customer pain points with the team. Meet daily and weekly targets for dials, connects, conversations, and demos booked. Focus on the primary outcome: demos booked and attended. Requirements: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent. Sharp presence of mind and quick objection-handling skills. High energy, resilience, and comfort with rejection. Willingness to work night shifts from the Gurugram office. Female candidates can work from home. 1-3 years of prior experience in international voice processes, B2B SaaS sales, or outbound lead generation. Basic computer proficiency with CRM, Google Workspace, and dialer tools.
