About this role
Responsibilities Handle leads, calls, counselling and follow-ups. Convert qualified leads and achieve sales targets. Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM. Conduct webinars and seminars independently. Handle candidate queries and objections professionally. Create basic sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team. Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and conversions. Requirements 1-3+ years of sales/business development experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident speaking with individuals and groups. Target-oriented and comfortable with sales pressure. Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content. Experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar field is a plus.
