Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the US markets. Engage potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to understand their needs and introduce HireInfinity Consulting LLP's services. Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and generated pipeline. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements 1-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role. Demonstrated experience and understanding of the US markets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools. Ability to work during US shift hours. A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
