Sales Coordinator at Indians Abroad

Indians Abroad is hiring for the role of Sales Coordinator! About the Company: Indians Abroad, Myst Education is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Education Counselor to join our Germany Process team. We are dedicated to helping prospective candidates achieve their dreams of studying or working abroad, particularly in Germany. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the application and admission process. Responsibilities : Call and reconnect with existing or previously not-connected candidates. Make 50-100 outbound calls daily. Understand candidate requirements and assess eligibility for the Germany process. Counsel candidates about available opportunities and guide them through the initial process. Convince and engage prospects to move forward in the sales funnel. Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate CRM records. Follow up with interested candidates and schedule further counseling sessions. Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Requirements : Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency is an added advantage. Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
