My Analytics School is hiring! Responsibilities of the Intern: Sales Focus: Drive student enrollments for flagship programs like MAS101 and Dr. Career. Identify and engage potential leads through research, LinkedIn, and other channels. Craft personalized outreach messages and follow up with prospective students. Assist in creating impactful marketing and sales presentations. Community Management Focus: Act as the bridge between students, mentors, and the leadership team, ensuring seamless communication. Monitor student progress, address concerns, and ensure they stay on track with their learning goals. Coordinate and moderate meetings, serving as the first point of contact for students. Collect feedback, analyze student needs, and provide recommendations to the leadership team. General: Maintain organized records of sales interactions and student progress using tools like MS Excel or CRM systems. Provide regular updates directly to the founder on sales metrics and community engagement. Requirements: Availability for 2-6 months, working in-office at our Noida, Sector 142 location. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Enthusiasm for working closely with the leadership in a startup environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with LinkedIn and social media outreach. Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). Leadership or team management experience.
