About this role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage client enquiries from requirement to delivery. The role involves suggesting products, preparing quotations, making catalogues, coordinating vendors/printers, and ensuring timely order execution Responsibilities: Handle client enquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp Understand requirements and suggest suitable products within budget. Prepare quotations and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets. Coordinate with vendors, printers and internal teams for procurement, branding and delivery.Track orders, follow up on timelines and manage urgent requirements. Maintain enquiry/order records and follow-ups.Identify upselling, cross-selling and new client opportunities. Communicate professionally with clients and handle issues proactively. Requirements: 1-3 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, B2B Sales or similar roles. Excellent spoken and written English.Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.Quick thinker with good product sense and problem-solving ability. Comfortable handling multiple deadlines and pressure. Corporate gifting experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. We value speed, communication, follow-up, creativity and ownership.
