C2E Consultancy is hiring for the role of Sales & Business Development! About the Company: C2E Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to join our team. We are focused on providing innovative solutions in the industrial automation sector, specifically with our Smartbee Tool Management System. Join us to drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities: Generate new business for the Smartbee Tool Management System. Develop customers in the Automotive, Engineering & Manufacturing industries. Conduct customer meetings, product demos & technical presentations. Prepare techno-commercial proposals & negotiate orders. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Build relationships with Plant Heads, Purchase, Production & Maintenance teams. Coordinate with Projects & Service teams for successful implementation. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. Requirements: We are looking for candidates with 0-4 years of experience. Any undergraduate qualification is welcome. Preferred experience includes Industrial Automation, Tool Management Systems, Cutting Tools & Industrial Consumables, and Factory Automation / MES / MRO Products. The role requires travel in and around Chennai, including Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Maraimalai Nagar, Ambattur, Guindy, Gummidipoondi, and Thirumudivakkam & nearby industrial clusters.
