Responsibilities Connect with professionals across the USA looking for IT and Non-IT job opportunities. Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the right career marketing and placement solutions. Explain our services with confidence and build trust through consultative conversations. Guide candidates through the complete enrollment and onboarding process. Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture candidate relationships. Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Update daily activities, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/tracking systems. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Sales, recruitment, counseling, customer service, or business development experience is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of the US job market or recruitment industry is an added advantage.
