Purva is hiring for a Home Interior Sales Associate! About the Company: Purva is seeking a customer-focused Home Interior Sales Associate to support its B2C outdoor sales efforts across Bangalore, Chennai, and Alappuzha, Kerala. The role involves engaging prospective homeowners, understanding their interior requirements, and presenting suitable solutions in a consultative sales environment. Candidates with experience in home interiors, insurance, real estate, or related customer-facing industries will be considered. Responsibilities: Generate and pursue B2C sales opportunities through outdoor visits, local networking, referrals, and assigned leads. Meet prospective customers, understand their needs and budgets, and explain home interior solutions clearly. Conduct site visits, coordinate follow-ups, prepare proposals, and move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and closures while meeting individual and team targets. Work closely with design, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Requirements : Applicants with 1-6 years of experience in home interiors, insurance, real estate, or another target-driven B2C sales environment are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Comfort with field sales, customer meetings, travel within the assigned market, and achieving performance goals. Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products or services in a simple, persuasive manner. Self-motivation, professional conduct, and basic reporting or CRM discipline are expected. The compensation is ₹3-6 LPA, with additional incentives based on experience and performance. This is a full-time, in-office field sales opportunity.
