About the Company EducoHire is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Identify and onboard new key accounts within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the premium product/service line. Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand client needs and recommend suitable premium offerings. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery. Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Resolve client queries and escalations promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of accounts, leads, and sales pipeline in CRM tools. Support senior sales staff in strategic account planning. Requirements Educational Qualification: BTech, BSc IT, BMM, or BMS. Passout Batch: 2025 or 2026. Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
