Identify prospective customers, research target markets, and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Connect with prospects through calls, email, social media, and other relevant channels. Understand customer needs, communicate product value clearly, and coordinate product demonstrations or introductory discussions. Assist with campaign planning, lead tracking, competitor research, content coordination, and performance reporting. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and customer engagement. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer engagement, or a related area. Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Comfort with learning technology concepts and explaining solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving technology environment. Basic familiarity with digital marketing, lead-generation methods, spreadsheets, or CRM tools is helpful.
