About the Company: Nestack Technologies Private Limited is developing an original, friendly-looking walking robot that combines expressive movement with AI interaction. The team is creating a practical prototype and offers an intern the opportunity to work closely across mechanical design, electronics, embedded programming, testing, and documentation. Responsibilities: Create and refine mechanical parts in CAD and prepare designs for 3D printing. Assemble motors, brackets, sensors, wiring, and electronic components into working robot subsystems. Program and test motor movement, balance, walking behavior, and expressive motion. Support debugging, iteration, and hands-on prototype improvements. Maintain clear build notes, test results, parts documentation, and revision records. Requirements: Currently pursuing engineering studies or recently graduated in robotics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of mechanical CAD and 3D-printing workflows. Basic programming ability in Python or C/C++, with exposure to robotics, electronics, or embedded systems. Strong practical problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn through hands-on experimentation. Experience with DYNAMIXEL motors, MuJoCo, ROS, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi is helpful but not mandatory. Availability for a 6-month, on-site internship in Hyderabad. This paid internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 and is suited to someone who enjoys building, testing, documenting, and improving real robotic hardware.
