About this role
Responsibilities Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities within the retail and SME segments. Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping within the assigned territory. Promote and drive the onboarding and active usage of the BVC Wallet among retail customers. Assist customers with wallet registration, activation, recharge, and transaction related queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 1-4 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, logistics, courier, banking, or fintech sales Good communication and customer handling skills Knowledge of local market preferred
