The store offers carefully selected products such as baby cots, strollers, baby beds, and mattresses. The Retail Sales Executive will help parents make confident purchase decisions through knowledgeable guidance, attentive service, and a warm in-store experience. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based at the Shyamal Cross Road, Satellite location, with store timings from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their requirements for premium baby products. Explain the features, quality, safety considerations, and benefits of baby cots, strollers, beds, mattresses, and related products. Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences, child requirements, budget, and available space. Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Conduct product demonstrations and support customers throughout the purchase journey. Maintain attractive product displays, assist with stock coordination, and keep the showroom organized. Handle customer questions professionally and coordinate with internal teams for orders and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales is required. Strong spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Interest in premium baby products and the ability to learn and explain product details clearly. Confident customer-handling skills, a positive attitude, and a presentable, dependable approach. The preferred candidate is male and should be no older than 35 years. Immediate joiners are required for this position. Applicants should be target-oriented and comfortable working full-time during store hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The selection process includes a virtual interview scheduled for 23 September
