About this role
Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers and business clients. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads to increase revenue. Promote and sell logistics, Courier & Cargo services and supply chain services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM data. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts and management reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, logistics regulations, and safety standards. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the customer base.
