About this role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail pharmacy team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, recommending products, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience. Women are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in retail sales, pharmacy stores, shopping malls, customer service, or promotional activities will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable medicines, healthcare, wellness, and personal care products. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized. Assist customers with billing and payment processes. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards inside the store. Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service mindset. Sales and upselling ability. Professional grooming and positive attitude. Confidence in interacting with walk-in customers. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Team player with a willingness to learn.
