Research and Strategic Initiative Internship at JobsUPI

What you'll work on : Research labour migration and workforce availability across villages and blocks. Conduct structured calls with Pradhans, teachers, shopkeepers, migrant families and other local stakeholders. Collect and organise primary and secondary research into structured datasets. Analyse the data to identify patterns and insights. Document findings and share recommendations. What we're looking for : Good communication and research skills. Comfortable making calls and speaking to people. Ability to organise information and identify patterns. Interest in research, strategy or data analysis.
