About Accesco Living: Accesco Living is an intelligent circular commerce ecosystem focused on creating efficient and sustainable solutions through technology, commerce, and circular business practices. About the Role: We are looking for a curious and research-driven R&D Intern to work closely with our Operations team. The intern will explore new materials, processes, and product/service improvements that support circularity, efficiency, and sustainability across Accesco Living's operations - turning research insights into practical, implementable recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on circular commerce practices, sustainable materials, and refurbishment/reuse processes Study industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the circular economy and operations Support pilot testing of new processes, materials, or product handling methods Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement Assist in developing SOPs and documentation for new/improved processes Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to translate research into actionable projects Benchmark quality, durability, and sustainability standards across product categories Prepare research reports, presentations, and recommendation documents Support feasibility studies for new initiatives (cost, scalability, environmental impact) Track and document experiment/test outcomes systematically Assist in identifying vendors, technologies, or partners for R&D initiatives Perform other R&D and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager Required Skills: PowerPoint Making and Pitching Skills Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication Ability to synthesize information into clear reports/recommendations Basic understanding of operations, sustainability, or circular economy concepts Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and documentation tools Attention to detail a
