Job description: Business Development Executive – Online Bidding Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift Work Mode: Work From Office Location: Chandigarh About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team and handle online bidding and business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in IT sales, online bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in working with international clients and online business platforms. Key Responsibilities Identify and explore new business opportunities through online bidding platforms. Create, submit, and manage professional bids/proposals according to client requirements. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals. Conduct lead generation and prospect research through online channels. Communicate with potential clients through email, chat, and online platforms. Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication. Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements, quotations, and proposals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Achieve assigned bidding, lead generation, and business development targets. Maintain a professional relationship with prospective and existing clients. Ensure timely responses to client queries and business inquiries. Required Skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation. Good internet research and online communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and prepare appropriate responses. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented
