About this role
Responsibilities of the Candidate: Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents. Manage the complete lifecycle of financial advisors/agents by meeting and interacting with them on a regular basis. Train financial advisors/agents on the company's app to help them serve their customers efficiently and effectively. Drive financial advisors/agents to improve productivity and focus on policy renewals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Requirements: For Freshers: A graduate degree in any discipline with excellent communication skills. For Experienced Candidates: A minimum of 6 months of experience in motor or general insurance sales. Candidates who have completed Class 12 and possess relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a competitive sales environment. Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
