Gemtech Paras Solutions Private Limited is hiring for Relationship Management Intern! We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship and Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our clients' GeM portfolio, which includes registration, product upload, vendor assessment, tendering, and documentation. As the Relationship and Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong and productive relationships with our clients. You will work closely with them to understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. In addition, you will be responsible for managing their account portfolios, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining necessary documentation for all operations. Responsibilities of the Intern: Manage and oversee the GeM portfolio for our clients, including registration, product upload, vendor assessment, tendering, and documentation. Maintain strong and productive relationships with our clients and keep them engaged throughout the process. Supervise allotted account portfolios and ensure excellent customer service. Assist clients in opening new accounts and maintain necessary documentation for all operations. Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the progress of their projects. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in portfolio management and relationship management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills.
